7k – it’s pretty far in my eyes especially as it takes you up to Dunvant rugby club but I’ve managed to squeeze in a few. This month (April) I’ve managed a few runs – 6 to be exact but then ran out of time to update my blog! As well as running along the 10k route (some of it anyway!) I trained with husband forgetting that said person was much fitter, stronger and faster than me L The 5k we did felt like 15k as the hill was so steep, I almost fell backwards (not really but it was ridiculous). Not to be outdone I jogged the entire way almost to a slow walk but I kept moving. It was horrible. So bad, I did it again on my own just to see if I could. And I did. I’m getting a bit smug about this running lark!
