I was out on a run earlier this week where I ran to mumbles and back. Half way into my run my foot went dead and it felt numb, I’m sure that you can imagine that because of this, running was a little bit of a struggle. From previous runs I’ve also found that my shoulder has ached, but I know this was from an injury I had a few years ago.
