It’s over!

September 23, 2013 By Chris Williams

I did it! I ran the Swansea Bay 10k in 54.30 minutes!! I’ve got a p.b!

A massive congratulations to all  who took part and especially the first timers like me.  And of course to the amazing supporters two stood along the route. It was a fantastic experience and well worth the hard slog of training.  Special thanks to a few people – Christian and Mum especially for helping me train in different ways from looking after the kids to running with me.  Also to my work colleagues for allowing me to bore them with my regular updates about running!

Thanks for reading and I’m seriously thinking about my next 10k in Llanelli in November…..! And entering the 2014 Swansea Bay 10k – See you there 🙂
