Entries for the 2017 Admiral Swansea Bay 10k are now open online

The 10k course takes place along the beautiful sweep of Swansea Bay. it is a fast, flat course, perfect for improving your personal best.
The votes are in, and thanks to all your support the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k came 2nd in the “Best 10k in the UK” category in the UK Running Awards 2017!
The awards were presented in the Indigo at the 02 Arena on Thursday 20th April 2017, and it means a lot to the whole Admiral Swansea Bay 10k team. We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone that voted for us, and to everyone that has taken part or supported the 10k – we really couldn’t do it without you! Thanks again, and we’ll see you all at this years’ race!
Want to raise money for a worthwhile cause? Each year the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k supports the Lord Mayor’s charities.
The 2016 charities include The Lord Mayors Charity, The Paul Popham Fund, The Prince’s Gate Charity and Maggies Cancer Centre, Swansea
Wheelchair Race – The Wheelchair Race will start 10 minutes prior to the main 10k race. The Admiral Swansea Bay 10K welcomes entries from disabled athletes. We encourage athletes to get in touch in advance of the event to discuss needs and encourage athletes and coaches to review the course. Wheelchair athletes must wear crash helmets – this is compulsory. Only athletes with racing Wheelchairs will be allowed at the start of the race. Other non-race wheelchair users should line up at their appropriate time zones.
