What do I do after I finish the race?

As you cross the finish, you will need to return your timing chip in the bags provided.  Please help us with this as each lost chip costs the race money which will lead to increased entry fees in the future, if too many are not returned.  Staff will be on hand to assist you.  You can also collect a bottle of water and collect your goody bag which will include your certificate & medal.

To reunite with friends and family after the race, please move out of the funnels and meet outside the information marquee. 

Will there be a physiotherapist after the race?

Physiotherapy Wales Ltd is one of the largest independent suppliers of physiotherapy services in Wales with clinics in Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Aberdare and Caerphilly. We have been established in Swansea for over 10 years and provide a complete range of physiotherapy services and acupuncture from our network of clinics. We are Specialists in sports medicine with clients such as the Welsh Rugby Union and the British Triathlon Federation. We also serve numerous local clubs and associations.

Physiotherapy Wales will offer all race entrants a 20% discount on treatment cost up until the end of September to ensure that you start the race in the best possible condition and that any injuries before, during or after the race are managed effectively enabling you to resume training as quickly and as safely as possible.  Please feel free to come and see us at our stand after the race for some advice and complimrentary treatment depending on availability.

When will the results be available?

Provisional results will be available from 10.00am on Monday 28th September at www.swanseabay10k.com/results 

Where can I find photos of the race?

Photos will be available on this website, www.swanseabay10k.com in the evening of Monday 26 September. 

When is the prize presentation?

The Junior race and main race prize presentations will take place on the podium located near the information marquee.

Junior Race - 11.30am-12.30pm.
Main Race - 2pm onwards

Winners are asked to present themselves to the presentation area.
