This year's Admiral Swansea Bay 10k will be the 30th race and what an anniversary it will be! The race is one of the top 10k races in the UK and throughout the event history it has been the fastest 10k in the UK in a calendar year on numerous occasions.
The course is flat and fast and takes in the beautiful sweep of Swansea Bay and on a sunny day there is no view like it.
The race has a great atmosphere with supportive spectators and entertainment en route to keep runners spirits high. This is a very popular event which regularly fills up before the closing date which this year is the 31 August so it is advisable to enter early.
Price: Non Affiliated £15, Affiliated £13 - a saving of 50p when booking online!

The 5k, 3k and 1k junior races continue to grow every year and the whole event is a great day out for the whole family.
This will be the 5th year Admiral Group has sponsored the 10k. Keep an eye out for many of their employees taking part in the race and raising money for good causes.
